Redbury Concepts was founded in 2009, initially focusing on timber decking, balustrades and pergolas. After consistently producing excellent work and surpassing client expectations, we were drawn into expanding our product and service offerings to include construction contracting and project management.
The company has since grown from three ambitious individuals to a dedicated and hardworking team of 22. Redbury Concepts now offers comprehensive construction solutions, and we are proud to say that the majority of our work stems from client referrals – a glowing indicator of success.
Ethos
Coming from humble beginnings, we are very proud of what we have achieved in a relatively short period of time. Our success can be directly attributed to the highly skilled workforce we have built up through careful selection and in-house training. As such, skills development and improvement is front of mind at Redbury Concepts, and can be seen in our staff’s continued self-appraisals.
Our staff comprises two sets of brothers and a set of cousins, which means our ethos is wrapped up in creating a relational and family-like environment. We aim to foster thriving relationships and facilitate staff mentorship engagement by encouraging our team to learn from, teach and take the time to train people around them. This creates a healthy and uplifting learning environment where everyone gains the opportunity to advance in the company, no matter their background or previously disadvantaged status. The result? Highly-skilled employees who produce high-quality finished projects.
